3.5 · 14 reviewsI chose 920 On The Park because it is close to area I grew up in, matter of got the best at what I could afford. Some staff are very good others seem harsh overdoing it one incidence of being condescending.
Cannot comment on the meals and dining service or the activities as I have not used them - but with the activities there seems to be plenty. For the value for cost, considering what the market is doing right now, it is a very good value. I know there's only so much room available, but I wish there storage units were bigger. I would recommend this community to other families.
I toured this community with my loved one, after the tour she wouldn't even consider them as an option. They were very rude during our tour. I called them with questions twice after the tour and they were rude both times. Wasn't an option for us.

We had a very nice tour of this community, and the staff did a great job showing us around and answering our questions. The rooms were nice and they had a lot of different amenities to offer the residents. My sister just felt this was not quite the right fit for her. But I would recommend taking a tour here.
I would NEVER recommend 920 On The Park (Troy, MI), to ANYONE!
This was a nice community when we looked at it. The people we met were nice. This community was an option, however the community we chose seemed to be a better fit for my loved one.
The 90 on the Park in Troy, Michigan is a great place. It's a clean place with friendly staff. The sales person we visited with was very accommodating. We are very pleased with the overall services and would recommend them to others.
