Wonderful place to work plus great staff
We brought some issues to the staff’s attention and had three different staff members (maintenance, nurse and supervisor) attending to it in minutes. Really felt like they cared for us and our mother who is a resident. Thank you Aberdeen!
Terrible facility terrible attitudes no customer service skills as long as they Insurance coming through right ?$ I would of gave it 0/10 but that’s not an option…
I would highly recommend this facility. With the recent updates that have been implemented, the care and communication from the staff has been exceptional. The nursing management has been wonderful to work with. Nothing goes unanswered or seems to go un-noticed.
