3.2 · 74 reviewsWhen entering the facility all the staff were smiling and very approachable. Nurses were quick to answer my questions. All the patients are saw there were clean and presentable. Many were out of their rooms conversing with other patents.
It's gotten a lot better than when I first put my granny in there.The nurses and Cnas are very nice and informative. So of the CNa go above and beyond for my granny and itd greatly appreciated
Rico Durrah, went above and beyond help me and my mother. He is an exceptional Social Worker.

Food is horrible, NOT edible, to many people to a room. They don’t care barely change people or give meds on time somebody need to call the state on them!
This place is absolutely awful when it comes to taking care of your loved ones. Not once not twice not even three times has my daughter's father almost died from these lazy people they don't do anything they're supposed to do they don't clean your tubes if you have a ventilator if you have any kind of medical device that you need they will not clean it My daughter's father has ended up with pneumonia I can't even count how many times it's definitely 10 times or more every time he gets back from the hospital to this place He's right back in a couple weeks later it's absolutely ridiculous you do not want these people taking care of your loved one
The people who work there are awesome and treat my wife with the utmost respect at all times, they even make it a point to make sure I'm good.Its clean and secure.
My mom resides here for her condition, we she first arrived, it was tough for her...after a few days it was alright for her. The staff made her feel at home and adjusted really well, plenty of activities to do and fun with the staff she likes to interact with...that's gives her more comfortable feeling knowing their is helping stay well in her comfort zone. Overall well kept place and professional staff at all times....I give it 5 stars because my wants to feel like home and they Orchard of Harper Woods is giving my mom that....TY u all very much and continue the hard appreciation work u all give to ur patients Great job everyone for making the transition for my mom TY
