I wouldn’t send my dog here. My brother was there for 1 week and ended up with a bedsore that covered half of his buttocks requiring surgery to remove all the infected skin. He won’t be going back. Went to pick up his belongings after calling and found one of his clothes in his room. After looking they finally found them, all dirty. He hadn’t had clothes on since Saturday so they all should have been back in his room by today, Tuesday. Needless to say don’t send your loved one there
NEGLECT at its finest. My brother went to this facility on a Friday afternoon from a local hospital to start rehab. I call This morning to be told the staff wasn’t there due to the weather. It’s 10/13/25. My brother received NO MEDICATIONS. ONE SHOWER AND ONE WOUND DRESSING CHANGE ON A BED SORE?!!! Now as of late morning TODAY 10/13/25…. After they want to give him medications, he has a SEIZURE ( HAS NO HISTORY OF SEIZURES) and now 911 had to be called to rush him to the hospital. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY…PLEASE DONT SEND THEM HERE! NEGLECT AT ITS FINEST. It should be noted I left a message…

I wish I didn’t have to click on any star. If I could I would give it a negative star. Do not I repeat do not take your loved one there. Weekends are unattended. My husband sat there all weekend with no care. He is now at Sparrow. I wouldn’t even take a support animal there to visit. This is a horrible place. They also should do random drug tests and no I’m not talking about thc!
This place is the most unprofessional I have ever come across. I am amazed they continue to get referrals. My brother-in-law was transferred from the hospital on Friday for rehab and 1. Did not receive any of his medications from Friday through Monday 2. Was given 1 shower from Friday to Sunday 3. Now has a bed sore. Bandage changed once 4. When finally given medications Monday morning after numerous calls and complaints, they slammed them all on him at once, resulting in a seizure. 911 was called and transported to the hospital immediately. He has ZERO history of seizures. Do not send your loved ones here. It could be life threatening. We’re now taking more unnecessary more costly actions as a result of a 3 day brief stop with this place. All facts. Do not be fooled by their self-authored reviews. This place is dangerous and should be investigated by the state’s highest governing body.
I have stopped over at aria several times and met with Fallon who is always helpful. She was very engaged during the tour process and answered all questions I had thoroughly.
When my father first admitted to Aria( he is now deceased) I was very skeptical about how the experience was going to be. I was truly scared because I was my father’s primary caregiver for years. As the months went by, I was truly blown away by how the staff cared so much. I developed relationships with them and they became family. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness, compassion, and devotion they gave me and my father. If I had to do it all over again I would. Thank you to the Aria family for the love and support you gave to me and my father.
This is an exceptional place. They provide great care and service to my family member. The staff are nice and very helpful. Fallon has been such a great help to me. I highly recommend Aria Nursing & Rehab.
My uncle lived her for many years unfortunately he passed away but I heard they have new caring staff and it has improved alot.. Fallon Hamilton the admissions director is very sweet and professional, I highly recommend
