I had my father at bay valley house he had very wonderful care all the workers are wonderful and caring and the owner karen is just so kind and caring just a great place I recommend this place for anyone
Abusive to the residents and takes advantage of employees. This facility is by far not professional in any way. If you have family here remove them to a safer more secure residency. Karen is a joke who only cares about money. Greedy. A joke of a facility for sure. You’ve been unprofessional since 1996 then. What chance have you given and how hard are you willing to try and front me? Seriously reconsider your career. Glad to know this reviews more important than assisting your residents. Do better 🤡
