My mother was very happy with her staying she was beyond blessed to have RN cynthia every day as her nurse, she also mentioned elmer from theraphy very kind and helpful
I would just like to thank Samone for taking the time to speak with me. My family and myself are Looking for long term care facility for my father. And although Samone explained to me their process it was determined that Belle Fountain couldn’t accommodate at this time. But I really appreciated Samone’s transparency concerning our situation. And I truly let with a better understanding as to what we are looking for.
My husband was transferred to the rehab from the hospital. They didn't have his medication in for 5 days. They never gave him one of his heart medications nor did they send him home with the order. We weren't aware he was missing a new med prescribed from the hospital until we had a follow up visit with the heart doctor. It took hours for a call button response. He couldn't walk so instead of giving him a bed pan they kept him in diapers. He came home 20 days later with a bleeding raw, very large sweat rash from his butt, private area, and between both legs. I bathed him and put A and D…

He couldn't walk so instead of giving him a bed pan they kept him in diapers. He came home 20 days later with a bleeding raw, very large sweat rash from his butt, private area, and between both legs. I bathed him and put A and D ointment on and it started healing in 2 days. That being said, this was one of the better facilities offered in our Medicare network. The rehab was amazing and did him a lot of good. He went from bedridden to walking 400 feet in 20 days. The place was clean and they offered social activities. He didn't participate in the activities offered so he ended up staying in bed 23 hours a day, outside of therapy. The staff was polite and friendly, probably just understaffed.
I would like to recognize the outstanding care and dedication shown by Contessa at Belle Fountain Senior Living in Riverview. She consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, treating them with compassion, dignity, and genuine concern. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help wherever needed make a noticeable difference in the quality of care provided. Contessa has ensured that my family member has received quality care and her attention to small details (opening curtains/blinds, cleaning and organizing my family members items exactly how they want etc). While my experience with Contessa has been exceptional, I do have concerns regarding staffing levels. It often appears that staff members are responsible for too many residents at one time, which can make it challenging to provide the individualized attention each resident deserves. Additionally, many staff members seem to be required to perform duties outside of their primary job responsibilities in order to keep things running smoothly. Despite these challenges, employees like Contessa continue to deliver exceptional care and maintain a positive environment for residents and their families. Her dedication is truly appreciated and deserves recognition. I hope management continues to support their staff by addressing staffing concerns and ensuring employees have the resources needed to provide the highest level of care.
Cynthia a RN at Belle Fountain Rehab, went out of her way to be patient and helpful to my husband Steven Stevens, a patient getting PT therapy. She is very friendly and helpful to me on several occasions helping me get information to different departments.
Was Very impressed with the Podiatrist and the wound care doctors!
My CNA Casey was a very happy person. Never did I see her having a bad day. She is very good at her job and she is one who goes above and beyond, and no matter what she has a smile on her face. I recommend that she is recognized since she is such a joy to be around. Paula Pickering Room 47A Belle Fountain Riverview MI
Belle Fountain is the kind of place that reminds you how important genuine care and compassion truly are. During times when families are facing difficult decisions or transitions, having a team that treats people with dignity and respect means everything. From every interaction, it’s clear that the staff truly cares. There’s a level of patience, kindness, and understanding that goes beyond expectations. You can feel that the people here aren’t just doing a job, they’re showing up with heart and making a real difference in the lives of those they care for. It brings a sense of comfort knowing there are places like this in the community, where individuals are supported and families can feel at ease knowing their loved ones are in good hands. Belle Fountain is making a meaningful impact every day, and that kind of care does not go unnoticed.
