Belmar Oakland

Qualifiers - my mother was in hospice and passed within a week of admission so my experience was very limited. Also, the hospice service provided much of her care so I'm not sure how involved the Belmar staff actually was. Final thoughts on 'Value'. I thought Belmar was the most reasonably priced option of those I checked into so I gave it a 5. However, the first month is non refundable so I paid for a month and received a week of service. I was disappointed that I didn't receive a partial refund but that is the way contract is written and is probably the same elsewhere.

I would recommend it. Value for the money seems reasonable. Activities director makes sure everyone is notified of the activity of the day. On all accounts. Facility is very clean. Food is good. ATM. Excellent. Everyone is friendly and very attentive.
