My fears were dashed. Having a loved one in a care facility is not easy by any means. I don't know how many tears I've cried. The moment I started talking to Mandi, I knew there was going to be a difference. The first day my Mom arrived, Mandi told me I could stay here night and day with my Mom, I was speechless. Knowing my Mom's needs were not easy, I watched day after day, night after night, seeing them cater to her every need with dignity and respect as if she were their own family member. The day she was going to get washed up she was concerned and they took the time to take her down to the shower and Jacuzzi tub area and talked her thru the process. She felt comfortable and was ready to go. When I left to give them privacy, I started crying as I walked down the hall. This time the tears were different, they were tears of relief, a let down of stress that had built up over the last several weeks from different situations. And my Mom, no tears since the first day of care here. Thank you to ALL the caregivers and staff at Blissful Cottage!! I truly can't say enough good about you!! You all quickly became like family!! I looked up 'Blissful' and one of the things it said was "It's an inner reality, a deep-seated contentment, that can even make bad situations better." 💞

Mandi made me feel at ease from the moment my mom entered the Blissful Cottage. I had no doubt that my mom was being cared for. But it was so much more. The level of sincerity and acts of compassion towards my mom can’t even be fully explained. From each and everyone there! They made us all feel like we were part of their Blissful Family. I feel so grateful that my mom was able to spend her last days in a beautiful clean and homey space with some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. I would recommend Mandi and the entire staff to anyone who needs this level of care. They made all the difference in the world during a very difficult time. 5 stars doesn’t do justice 💕

Wonderful and caring owner and staff. Facility is beautiful. My dad received the best care possible and I’m so thankful for that. They even set me up a suite for my overnights. This place is such a blessing to the community. They can even offer day respite care, nursing home services and hospice. Highly recommend

It was early February when my mother was taken to Blissful Cottage for the last few weeks of her life. I want to express to you, how grateful myself and my family are for the tender care, patience, and kindness you and your staff showed our family. The facilities are amazing with plenty of room for my sister to stay the night when she wanted to be with mom overnight and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the deer in the cardinals from the window overlooking the gardens. You could not have taken better care of her. We are very grateful that you helped us through this trying and difficult time with grace and love. You are angels.
