5.0 · 1 reviewsBluff Lake Specialized Care is a house and it's very clean, very open, and there's no odor. They only take six residents, and they take Medicaid waivers. We talked with the owner and two of the staff members. We saw them working with one of the residents and they were talking to them beautifully. It had a very comfortable warm feeling. They take them twice a week to the Senior Center for activities. We saw a couple of private, single rooms.
