4.4 · 173 reviewsJust wanted to mention Tisha Maki the Marketing coordinator at Brookdale in Brighton. She is a wonderful person and resource and Brookdale is lucky to have her!
Very happy with the services my dad has received. The staff has been quick to respond to issues. Dad can be difficult at times, but they have been able to bring him out of his shell and he has made many new friends.
Clean facility. Very expensive. The support staff has 10-20% that actually care and do a good job. Residents have all been friendly.

I would like to just write a review based off of the interaction I had with your front desk, lady, doing a spark delivery. Per the clients request, they asked me to leave the delivery at the front desk so I did so when I came in, I was not greeted in a friendly manner when she proceeded to try to call the customer and they didn’t answer. She said I could just leave it there and when I went to give the bags of groceries, she started complaining underneath her breath and was being very rude it was one box of adult diapers and two bags of very light groceries. I didn’t catch her name, but I know that she has a black and red snake tattoo on her upper left arm. And when I went to leave, there was a line that formed behind me of residence so I really hope that she changed her tune and treated them with some respect.
Nice place
I called and spoke to a nice person and the asked finances and my in laws needs and directed me to Brookdale Brighton and wow. Its was and is totally perfect for them. They couldnt be happier and we not to have worries. Highly recommend A place for Mom.
My mom was a resident in Brookdale Brighton. She loved this place! She met a couple, George and Martha (Marty) and really enjoyed their company having meals with them. I had the balance team for my mom as well to help care for mom. The balance team did an awesome job on caring for mom. In fact, I really want to give the balance team a five star rating on how they cared for my mom on the last night she was there. They bent over backwards trying to do whatever it was for mom because at this moment, she was in a very confused state coming from out of the hospital. They were a HUGE help and I can't thank them enough. The food at Brookdale Brighton was very good as well. I also love the apartment my mom was in. Very spacious. There are many sitting areas around with tables that are nice and the staff in the kitchen are so kind and bend over backwards to please all the residents as well. Whenever my mom was asked if she liked Brookdale, she always answered "Who wouldn't like Brookdale!". Thank you Brookdale Brighton for making my mom's life a very happy place while she was there.
Both my parents are 94, I'VE TRIED with my wife, several times to move them, they can barely walk, in the past, out of LOVE, to senior place, where they can be taken care of, an meet new friends, Brookdale, has been very kind and professional . My wife and I, visit them regularly.
