Very kind, helpful, and understanding staff. Great looking facility, I feel very comfortable with our decision!
In the few months my mother was at Northville Pointe I had the distinct pleasure of being with her every day. By being there so much I was able to get to know the residents and staff well. The entire staff at Northville Pointe is truly concerned for the overall wellbeing of their residents. They were able to accommodate my mom's needs for mobility and vision challenges. The entire staff knew my mother personally which brought our family comfort. The entire staff has an open door policy and are very approachable for all aspects of care. Northville Pointe is moving in a positive direction. My family is grateful that our mom was at Northville Point.

I would give Brookdale highest rating I could have. They are so helpful and everybody is very friendly. My circumstances changed and I am need of more services and help. I still give everyone high marks.
The facility is disorganized, and I don't believe they have reliable aides to respond to call lights. Briefs are changed every two hours, but residents are often neglected because the staff is unreliable. Balanced Home Care is the company operating at this establishment, but the aides are not receiving adequate training but this also has to do with the structure.
Sucks to live or work here
Day-to-day care seems quite good. Move-in and orientation could use more staff involvement. For example, the programmable thermostat needed re-programming when we discovered the room got cold on weekends. I reprogrammed it myself, but I think that would be an overly complicated process for many residents.
