3.9 · 181 reviewsTaco Bell served on a paper plate with a container of ice cream. That was dinner in Memory Care at Brookdale in Troy. Families are paying a lot of money for their loved ones and one Taco Bell taco on a paper plate for an adult for dinner is not acceptable.
I am continually impressed by Brookdale's commitment to resident care, and the family-like atmosphere. All staff go above and beyond to make the residents feel at home, comfortable, and safe. I would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone seeking a home for their loved one, who needs additional care.

Top notch -place from start to finish.The admission was simple Shannon and Brie took the shock factor away since everything goes downhill so fast sometimes with loved ones who cannot take care of themselves high CLASS place I recommend BROOKDALE with high regards!!
I just had my two year anniversary and have thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone here. I love helping our families and our residents daily💜
Excellent Care and Clean Facility! Staff care about Residents.
The friendliness of the day staff gets a 5, but the friendliness of the night staff get a 1. The new office staff gets a 5 as well. The care services are getting better with the new staff. When it comes to the value for cost I believe care is too high everywhere. What we like the most about Brookdale Troy is the Proximity. They quickly change season themes of the lobby. However, The night time people need to change. Doesn't feel safe and they are rude.
Terrible place to bring your family member to live and terrible place to work at , they treat their employees and residents like trash! Midnight staff is terrible especially with the residents! Residents are not getting changed/repositioned every two hours which is breaking their skin down causing bed sores, they are rushing at the end of the night due to them having the residents wet all night during their shift! Residents are getting talked to any type of way and thrown back into their beds! I can go on for days about this place!
