She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs and wishes are met. During one our family member’s final earthly days, Ms. Stevens graciously arranged for us to be able to video chat with our loved one, as we were out of state. Ms. Stevens is well loved and respected by residents - it is fun to see the big, bright smiles when Ms. Stevens enters a room. Both of our family members resided at Georgetown…

We have (had) two family members at Georgetown Manor. This review is specifically to highlight Ms. Stevens, the Director of Resident Care. Ms.Stevens deeply cares for residents. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs and wishes are met. During one our family member’s final earthly days, Ms. Stevens graciously arranged for us to be able to video chat with our loved one, as we were out of state. My mom has been living here going on 4 years and the last 1.5 years has not been great BUT now it is under new management and this new Management is so amazing and knows how to treat the people that live there with love and respect like they should be treated so please stop in and visit you will see and there are more changes coming soon

If you have any family members please check on them regularly especially on North and in the memory care unit. The administration team values punctuality more than training their staff and personalizing each person's cares. They will overwork their staff uncontrollably with no breaks or gratitude. They don’t have any regular employees on the dementia unit except one person so everything is chaos. The administrative team spends more time on their phones than actually filling in gaps in the schedule unless state comes. There has been alone numerous times where there has been one person on the dementia unit while the administrative team has let them.
