My mother, who has sinced passed. Was forced into this DUMP by the hospital n 2016 Had to take her back to the hospital for dehydration, she was 90 at the time. Nurses very unresponsive & rude. Usually 1 nurse for the whole floor. Food was awful, melted candy in the canfy machine. Didn"t see any activities for seniors. Just residents walking around, asking for help. The hospital discharged her to a much better nursing home once I got her on medicaid.
If I could give this place no stars I would. The nurses are horrible. They sit on their phones doing nothing. Whennilmy mother was there she feared for her life, because she didn't know if they were going to give her the right medication or tamper with her food. At one point she had a pic line in going to her veins and it got an infection she had to go back to the hospital. She was only there for rehab. If you can do not send your loved ones there! Specially if they need more help and are non verbal. Please pass this place up! Find a better place!
I was leaving one evening after visiting my mother. She put her call light on before I left because she needed help. She told me it would be an hour or so before anyone checked on her. As I left I saw staff in a break room, and a nurse ASLEEP at the nurses station. With alarms and lights going off all over the places, and a man screaming for help. We cannot wait to get our relative out of this place. But her health prevents us from taking her home yet, even though she's not getting much help there anyway. They've totally forgotten her Physical Therapy and she laid in bed ALL DAY. This place…

They've totally forgotten her Physical Therapy and she laid in bed ALL DAY. This place is worse than the last place she was in. We just want her to get better so she can come home and it's taking forever with this lack of care.
This place is awful, I have a loved one that is a resident there and the staff is down right lazy they do not bath the residents as often as they should or are required there have been times when one of my family member asked for a towel because there weren't any in the room so the one of the staff brings her a washcloth to dry them off the residents are watched very closely do not record amounts of food/liquids intake on the residents so things do get out of hand with their health the establishment receives a lot of money from all of the residents there and the people at the top don't care as well because if they did they would make sure the people staying there were being taken care of its down sickening what the ladies do that work why would you even consider this profession if you don't like what you have to do as a caretaker leave so maybe the next person that takes your place will actually do their job and the people (residents) can be cared for like they should be i wish the ALL the staff would treat them as if it was they were one of their family members the care would be the best it they would.. it breaks my heart for everyone that has to be here.
Horrible staff. They have no compassion or concern for their residents. Awful bedside manner, as well as a lack of manners. Wouldn't recommend this place. They'll ignore the buzzers, as well as screen their calls if you try to contact them after your loved one calls you to get something done (such as being changed etc..)
My loved one receives respite care services at this home. Every time we arrive we are greeted with a warm welcome. The staff is caring and makes him feel comfortable and safe. The admissions staff members are diligent. The nurses are informative. The nursing assistants are very helpful and the kitchen staff provides great service. We have been using this facility for about five months now.
They try. They care. Not outstanding, but sufficient
This is the most unprofessional, understaffed, smelly nursing home. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to stay at this nursing home! I’m so disgusted and I plan to report them to the better business bureau. Please keep your loved one far away!
