Caremore of Metamora / Bolton Brook Manor

Bolingbrook Manor is a very well clean Place great place good meals some people just get upset when their loved ones get evictions for the third time and the new owner is very professional and knows her stuff and the people are very well taken care of

Bolton brooke caremore is an outstanind wonderful home for you love ones. There alot for them to do like bingo arts and crafts tv time outside time. My family enjoy it there and love nothing more than a great place like this. The staff there are outstanding and amazing their everything ive never thought i see they love and care for your love ones they take great care of them also i have never had or heard one bad thing about caremore come to place like this with all the love and care in the world...

Warning, I have to agree 100% with the previous review posted! My loved one was repeatedly assaulted by other residents, the place is filthy dirty, Medication errors, missing belongings, in my experience the staff is incompetent along with the owner ( if you can figure out who that is)! The staff and owner are extremely rude, very sarcastic, over worked-inexperienced, always short staffed, so if you want your loved one cared for appropriately and have any dignity, DO NOT PLACE THEM @ Bolton Brooke-CAREMORE, soon to be Victoria’s Assisted Living. I personally wouldn’t trust them to care for my dog!

Due to incompetence of staff and owners you will never be satisfied with the care your loved one is receiving. Home management is disrespectful and lacks ability to do their job correctly and the owners do not care enough to find someone better. There are many other homes in the county that provide better care. Staff are not trained well and are unable to perform their jobs because of negligent management. This will be the next caremore home to be shut down.
