She made the appointments with the facilities I chose from a list she provided that met my criteria. Then, she went on all of the appointments with me asking great questions that I failed to raise. All of that I was just thrilled about. But then once I had selected the facility, she helped gather the necessary paperwork to facilitate a quick transition. Working with Amber from Care Patrol was like having a dear friend in who was very knowledgeable about senior care. She made the appointments with the facilities I chose from a list she provided that met my criteria. Then, she went on all of the appointments with me asking great questions that I failed to raise. All of that I was just thrilled about. But then once I had selected the facility, she helped gather the necessary paperwork to facilitate a quick transition. I needed a wheelchair transport--she provided answers there too. On my last visit, I noticed that she had visited Mom and left her a beautiful flower. Because of Amber and Care Patrol, I was able to find a good fit for Mom and move her in just 10 days. I occasionally get follow up calls from Amber to be sure everything is going well. I am so very grateful and would and do recommend their services to anyone who is looking for loving care for a family member or friend. And I failed to mention that all of this was provided at no cost to me.
CarePatrol is absolutely amazing! Michelle at CarePatrol was absolutely wonderful! She was always available to answer questions and she took me on tours of facilities where my elderly mother could live. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
Care Patrol was recommended to me by a friend. Amber listened to our mom’s needs, kindly and patently set up several visits for me, and went back a second time with my husband. We are thankful for the coordination and the facilitation of paperwork with the assisted living center and the doctor's office.

Five stars AT LEAST! CarePatrol has taken the confusion and guesswork out of moving my father with dementia into assisted living. As expected, the transition was a bit tough mentally for dad. But CarePatrol took so much of the burden away; I was able to really be present for him. From first contact to follow up, I have been amazed at how they've simplified the process for me. Run, don't walk, to CarePatrol if you are "green" like me in traveling this loving but unfamiliar, sometimes daunting road. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Michelle David!
If you are navigating the world of care centers for a loved one, don’t hesitate to call Jenn Smith, at CarePatrol West Michigan – Lakeshore. I was in that position recently, and Jenn is a godsend! She recommended the centers she thought would best suit our needs, answered all my questions about the levels of care offered, the living environment, availability, and pricing, then took me on tours of the ones I wanted to consider. My parent's primary care doctor's office recommended Care Patrol when I started having some concerns about "what's next" for them in their aging and living situation. Jenn from Care Patrol has been an absolute gift to help navigate some of these difficult questions. Her warm personality, her extensive knowledge and her willingness to spend time getting to know me and my parents and their needs has provided so much guidance and peace of mind. She is professional, prompt and always follows up, but best of all, she really loves the seniors she is helping and it shows!
