4.4 · 48 reviewsMost of the care staff are knowledgeable and caring but not the ones without proper training. Horrible oversight. My mom was not given her pain medications the weekend before she passed because not one person working (understaffed) cared to do their job. Someone in management should have been available to have not let this happen.

I could list so many things that went wrong here for my mother. I will mention one thing and you can get the just of it all. My mom woke up in the middle of the night with a man sitting in a recliner next to her bed while she was sleeping. He was a patient there too! I will mention the worst food on the planet also! The best thing about our experience there was meeting with the lady in charge Heather. She was very concerned and caring about what happened and was so professional. I really appreciate that alot since we had such a bad experience. Thank you Heather!😊

My father in laws room was disgusting. I had came in several times to actually clean his room. I would leave things to see ifcthey cleaned for a month food layed on his floor. Do better
