4.3 · 20 reviewsEverything is a 5 except for the food. They order out for the food. They charge $[removed] per meal. Edible at best. They are very attentive. The maintenance man is very knowledgeable and helps you with personal things. The rent is affordable for me.
What we like most about Centre Meadows is just literally having a community! Most everyone has a life outside of Centre Meadows whether bowling in the winter or golfing in the summer. It's no different from the over 55 gated community that I lived in in California. The difference lies in the fact that we all live in separate apartments within the same building. Regardless of the weather many of us choose to play cards or bingo or bunco. We pay an extra amount each year & for that a variety of event occur put on by staff for an occasional movie & pizza lunch, there is a small theater room…

What we like most about Centre Meadows is just literally having a community! Most everyone has a life outside of Centre Meadows whether bowling in the winter or golfing in the summer. It's no different from the over 55 gated community that I lived in in California. The difference lies in the fact that we all live in separate apartments within the same building. Regardless of the weather many of us choose to play cards or bingo or bunco. We pay an extra amount each year & for that a variety of event occur put on by staff for an occasional movie & pizza lunch, there is a small theater room where movies & popcorn are shown every Saturday evening. 4 nights a week a staff member orders meals from different local restaurants for all who choose to order at a [fee removed] per meal cost. Some of us choose to eat in the community room, others choose to have their meal delivered to their apt. I think this is a very unique community & I'm so glad that At a Place For Mom helped me find it!
A friendly, clean community. My loved one hasn't participated in the activities yet, but she has gotten some meals delivered to her room , which she enjoyed. People are very nice.

My friend moved to Centre Meadows which is a 55 and older apartment complex. I like the location the best. The least would be the lack of staff communication. They offer food drop-off five days a week, Monday through Friday. They do cookouts and they have luncheons (it's mostly female there and he's male). They also have a movie theater, hair salon, a game room that has a pool table, and a fitness room. So, it's an excellent value for the money.
I found the facility very very acceptable. People try very hard to be accommodating. The only complaint I would have at this time is some of the things on the weekends that are difficult to complete sidewalks during the snow, storms, trash, and availability of service people will help as needed.
The cleanliness of the community could slightly be improved but overall it is not bad. I do not eat the meal service all that much but they do offer 4 meals to choose from. Also the activities just started to open back up and I do think the value for cost is worth it.
The community is not a senior living community, the staff is not cooperative and we did not get what we were told we would upfront. Maintenance does not do quality work and I would not recommend this community.
What a great place! My mom loves the activities and the washer and dryer! The building is well maintained and staff was professional and helpful. The meal plan is a great option but not mandatory. This is my top pick for my parents!
