The staff listened carefully instead of simply waiting for their turn to speak. That alone deserves five stars and possibly a trophy.
Absolutely would never recommend working for this company. My sister showed up on her first day and was left alone for almost 2 hours with 6 residents by herself with NO training. She was asked to pass narcotic medications (which she is also not trained to do) and then was told “oh yeah one of them is a recovering addict so you have to be careful with her. you’ll know when she’s in pain” she was expected to wash/put away all the residents laundry and when asked where it was supposed to go the employee says “what is it your first day haha” pretty much expected her to know how to do everything…

Effective training should involve comprehensive instruction and support, not an assumption that new hires already possess the necessary skills. Mind you she was hired on the spot and was told they are SO desperate for help. Now I can see why.
They really don't care for the residents. Employees steal narcotics and it just gets covered up. Would not recommend to anyone.
