I recently stayed at the facility and it needs a lot of updating, maybe even some renovations throughout the entire facility but I think they’re stuck in the 80’s or something. I will say for the most part every staff member I had contact with were nice and helpful but they were a couple that need some better people skills. They are way understaff but the ones that are the facility to help the residents and to get other things done as well. They also loaned me a wheelchair while I was there but it was very unsafe and needs a lot of work or just put out of commission. I did appreciate that…

I also met other residents that were nice, friendly and fun to trade stories about their past and current life experiences. Well, I’ll stop here with my review since I’m sure you get what I’m saying.
This place need to be investigated and shut down. staff and management is a joke and they over work the CNA’s
Terrible wouldn't recommend nobody too send their loves one here staff is poor they talk too residents poorly and you'll be sitting there for an hr before someone come help you
One of the best facilities I have been in! Rehab and all staff were great!
Loving family place. Staff is awesome! My dad is being well taken care of! Thank you Jesus for these wonderful people!❤️🙏🏻🤗
As some of you know my Mother has been very ill for awhile. Mother has been dx with end stage emphysema and COPD she does have CHF as well. My mother was taken to Ascension St Marys Hospital in Saginaw on December 23rd thankfully they were able to stabilize her and once she was stable on January 2nd my dad had her transferred to Chesaning Nursing and Rehabilitation Center 201 S Front St, Chesaning, MI 48616. My dad is with her as much as they will let him stay and my siblings and I are up there. On Friday January 5th that night my mother was rushed back to Ascension St. Mary's because they FORGOT to hook her bypap machine up to the Oxygen!!!!!!!! WTHECK YOU had a responsibility and you almost killed my mother she was so weak because she did not have any oxygen coming into her bypap she pushed the call button at least twice for help nobody came she tried to yell but that can't happen if you cannot breathe. I want EVERYONE to know about this place. It is horrible and there was no one to help a woman who cannot breathe without oxygen.
Great place for your loved ones. Everyone works together great for the best interest of the patient!
I’m so disappointed in the facility! My mother is neglected and the food they serve them I wouldn’t feed a stray animal. They do not respond to her call button and that’s only when it’s available for her to use. It’s usually on the floor despite our many requests to have a clip to attach to her bed sheet for access. My sister had to take a clip up there herself. The place is filthy and stinks so bad. I wouldn’t have given even 1 star but had to in order to leave a review. The photo is what the food really looks like and it’s served cold. So unacceptable!
