The parking lot has no lights working at night and they keep the heat too high

Parking lot lights was not working. Laundry room washers not working. The building is a roach infested building. Oh they have a so called pest control company that so call put some roach feed down. All they do is multiply. Then they go up on your rent. Plus the entrance and halls are always freezing in the winter. No doors half works for the handicap wit no lighting for the ramps.
I made a medical delivery to a tenant. Very spartan decor. Walls, floors a medium gray. The best comment I can make about the place is at least it was clean.
This place definitely have bed bugs 🐛 Also need to be deodorized.
Too much drama for senior citizens building unsafe ....
Takes people money and don’t fix nothing just smh
