3.4 · 23 reviewsI took my father here for a 5 day respite care. I dropped him off on a Thursday. Went to vist him Friday and found him soaked from his shirt, all the way down to his socks!!! The pad underneath him was completely soaked! My father said he had not been checked on all day. He said he kept pushing the button for help and he heard staff say "Ignore him, He complains too much!" I packed his things and took him out of there immediately! All the staff could say was "It wasn't my hall!" This place should be shut down for neglecting their residents!!!
Recently seen posts made by an employee.. they have been notified and still have not addressed the situation. Highly unprofessional of the employee and to think she tends to our loved ones is disturbing.
Love the smiling faces and the great experiences with residents. Awesome rooms and fun times with a great atmosphere. The residents make a wonderful day working for this company.

Staff are friendly, upbeat, positive, and are knowledgable of their job. They all become family here. Home cooked meals, activities, staff 24/7, all around great place!:)
I have a parent that lives there I am very pleased with the care she is receiving the staff is friendly beautiful atmosphere I highly recommend the regal house
My mother in law lives there The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The facility is kept very clean. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Would not hesitate to place one of my own family members there if needed.
I have been extremely pleased with the care that my mother has received in the years that she has lived at close to home. The workers care very much for the residents that live there. Exceptional with the cleanliness of the facilities. My mother is very much cared for and she loves living there. Thank you to the staff that takes care of her from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
I did not see genuine caring for the residents and giving cheap meals like bologna sandwich spread shouldn't happen.
