4.0 · 27 reviewsThis is the 4th memory care facility my mom has been in and I so wish I had found it earlier. The caregivers are loving and attentive, the building is pleasant and clean, apartments are spacious, and meals are nutritious and tasty. It's conveniently located right off the exit but still surrounded by nature with large windows and light. I am extremely relieved to know my mom is in excellent hands during this difficult time.
My wife is currently a resident here and during the 3+ months of her living here I was able to spend about 4 hours a day with her. During the time I am with my wife, I was able to observe the operation here. What I found was a very professional run and managed Assisted Living facility. From the owner, the manager to all the Care Aide staff members and let us not forget the chef who prepares all those excellent delicious meals every day whose first concern is the residents well being. So if you are in need of an Assisted Living and MemoryCare facility for a loved one you must consider Coleman Coleman Fields Assisted Living and Memory Care facility for them. I did and I am very happy that I did make the very best loving and safe care which they offer here.
My mom has been very well taken care of. The staff is outstanding on the attentiveness to her needs. The food is home made from scratch. There are plenty of activities and live entertainment too. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a home for their loved ones!

I am a hospice chaplain and have been in many assisted living homes over the years. Coleman Fields Assisted Living Home is well run and maintained with the safety of each client as their first priority. I would highly recommend Coleman Fields to any family looking for assisted living for family members.
