3.8 · 10 reviewsMy mom who has mid stage dementia, loves it here. They are kind, knowledgeable, caring, efficient and listen to my questions and concerns. They treat her like family. I don’t have to worry about her being alone anymore. It’s a huge relief.
Country Woods Assisted Living is an awesome place. It is very home-like. The staff were very caring for my mother and we could not be more pleased. There is always plenty of activity at the facility and and plenty of laughs, they make the residents feel like it is their home. The food is great and is made on site just like it was in your kitchen. My mother lost the ability to use her phone, but no problem, every time I called a staff member would pick up her phone for her and connect her to FaceTime. Country Woods Assisted Living is an awesome place. It is very home-like. The staff were very caring for my mother and we could not be more pleased. There is always plenty of activity at the facility and and plenty of laughs, they make the residents feel like it is their home. The food is great and is made on site just like it was in your kitchen. My mother lost the ability to use her phone, but no problem, every time I called a staff member would pick up her phone for her and connect her to FaceTime. Ann Kessler, is a hands-on owner and very involved in the care of the residents and the site manager, Rhonda, treats the residents like they were her own family. I highly recommend this facility if you ever have to find a place for your loved one.
While under Anne Kesler's care, my sister in law, Margo, was given exceptional care. Anne took the initiative to ensure Margo got the medical care she required, spending a great deal of her personal time ensuring Margo got loving, compassionate care. Environment is more of a family setting, than a patient care home. The staff took a personal interest in the well being of Margo. Maria & Terry Ward

I visited Country Woods Assisted Living. It's a house and not a big complex. It was really well. The staff was really nice. The rooms were nice, and this atmosphere was more like living in a house than an apartment building. They gave us the list of activities that they do. They have a sunroom porch in the back of the house. In the living room was a nice, big TV. It's a nice view when you look out the window. It's kind of out in the country a little bit.
Country Woods in Potterville in truly a hidden gem. Anne, who is the owner is exceptional and truly cares for her residents. I was very impressed with the staff, accommodations and the genuine care from everyone that was shown to my mother. The assisted living center is very well kept, cleaned and maintained well. I highly recommend.
My family recently moved our 96 year old mother to Country Woods. I talk to mom every day, and every day she says what a nice place it is to live, how nice they are to her. Everyone at Country Woods should be proud of themselves. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!! Thanks

I had posted a negative review in this section which was and is my opinion. The administrator of this facilty threatened me with legal action for speaking my opinion. Rather than dealing with her for one more second of my life...I am taking down my original posts. Screenshots of texts she sent me are available upon request.
