4.2 · 17 reviewsI was a customer here and had my family member as a resident for a year. I had several experiences with them that I would not wish on another family. I do not trust this company and urge you to do your research. While my family member was a resident, his neglect resulted in a DHS filing and he died during an open investigation. I do not trust this facility nor would I recommend them.
We ended up moving my father to Crown Point in Stevensville. More up to date facility, cleaner, level of care seems as good if not a little better, and the facility is 1/2 the cost. They have been very responsive to date. However, they could improve on probably the food. My dad says the portions are small and the food is a little bland and they eat a lot of chicken which he's not a huge fan of
This is a senior independent living facility with excellent staff who recognizes early signs of the declining mental and physical needs of the residents. They keep family updated and work with the residents to allow as much independence as possible. They are all wonderful caregivers. Thank you for all you do.

This is a great place for elderly to live. Andrea does such a great, great, great job. I love all the people working there and the residents there. Overall the best residential senior living facility around.
My dad moved into CrownPointe of Stevensville a few months ago. We chose this one for basically the convenience, the price, the cleanliness of the area and the staff. We were familiar with the place. It's right next door to where we live, so they let us come in. The staff members are wonderful. They're also very helpful. The rooms are very spacious, very accessible for wheelchair although my dad is not in a wheelchair, he uses a walker. The doors are nice and wide. Obviously, they have people to come around and clean, and they do a fine job. He likes the food. He said it's very good. He is gaining weight. There is transportation there, but generally we take care of that problem. I think it's the best value for the money. They had some problems in the beginning but they got that all straightened out. I think it's reasonable compared to everybody else.
Clean and Friendly Staff. It's like a home (not a facility). Andrea has been very helpful with getting my family member settled in, as well as med changes (that has been frequent). Aides are friendly, and will go above and beyond to help. Rhonda has been great with transportation assistance too.
