When I took my dad to see his wife I was more than impressed with the memory care, the office and everyone. They truly cared for my stepmom and she was sovexcited to see me. She really seemed to know me. Fast forward to my dad being taken there the unprofessionalism of the nurse in the unit for rehab or whatever the hall is called was the rudest I have encountered in all the years of experience with people in the field! I am a Sp Ed teacher so you learn if someone is coming with a client or student to act professionally! To have someone address like you are not welcome then to roll your eyes…

To have someone address like you are not welcome then to roll your eyes because you were expecting another person! I felt like I was dealing with an adolescent! The icing on the cake was I have to check if you are on the contact list????? No I showed up k owing my dads name and all about him because I am there to do harm????? I have never been more sorry to take my dad somewhere in my life. My stepsister and I have the same name. My stepsister said she had a longtime friend who was there but I sure hope it wasnt this nurse! I have lived with my dad almost two years. How dare you act like that. We would have been written up treating anyone like that in a professional setting. Then they bring my stepmom in to finally see dad and she attempts to fall so she is escorted out of dads room after 2 minutes. I start to carefully take off his bandages because I know how much they bother especially the elderly from my precious mother in love. I LOVED the speech pathologist he was veryy kind and very professional. It was a pleasure meeting you Michael. One bad apple took the 5 star to a 2. She never apologized or anything just came in after calling my stepsister and said she could share now???? Who does that???

Awesome place, caring people.

Dated but clean and pleasant facility. Patient likes, limited contact with staff but they were pleasant.

This place was amazing staff were great and even though I healed and left i wanted to stay because of the staff and top rated care while being there over 2 month and if I need future care I will choose to go back there as my choice

Friendly and caring staff and residents who have helped me grow and gain more insight on healthcare!<3

Fantastic place to come for LTC and our rehabilitation. Wild life surrounds the grounds daily,

I have had my great grandma and grandmother at this facility and they treated both of them with the best care. The facility smell amazing doesnt smell like urine. Staff are welcoming. I recommend this place❣️Thank you for giving me and my family peace of mind when our loved ones were here.

Staff is wonderful, therapy helped me to regain my mobility and never have felt better. I would recommend this place to my parents.
