First time here and the facility is dirty, the staff is nonchalant and a bit rude. Definitely does not feel like a friendly nor welcoming at all. Certainly doesn't feel like a place of care for people who need care. Quite sad.

Hard beds. Food was nasty. Shared rooms. Not one shower i got for 1 week. Not much help from staff specially having to go to the bathroom. Friends or family couldnt stay long. For one week i only got therapy once for PT. It was called edgewood at the time. Idk how it is there now.

The Orchards at Three Rivers is a wonderful facility with staff that truly care for their residents. I highly recommend the facility for rehabilitation as well as long-term care.

Worst place ever. Do not recommend sending family friends or dogs.

Still reside not the worst place on earth it's livable and your loved ones will be cared for here adequately the aides are over worked i feel bad for them but 70% of them honestly care and the nurses are nice but also overworked and all of the staff are underpaid i see y they don't have enough employees the therapy department works on a skeleton crew they also like to have the patients do exercises y they sit on thier phones not professional or very friendly at all like they don't even interact with the patients only when they want them for therapy and Ashley the aide is hateful and pushy ive seen the state of Michigan here alot and the ombudsman here frequently

A months stay after a bad car accident. Only changed sheets one time. They will let you outside only if you can get back in with out help. Alot of people in wheel chairs stuck outside. A year later and they still haven't finished my exit paperwork for the state so I can use a in home provider.

That Director of nursing is crazy. I wish I never would’ve brought my mom here.

I at to go to a nurse and rehab, place Edgewood was the only option,2 room, it looked very imposing, like the look of avery old army barracks, or prison, food subpare dining hall like prison size very high ceiling, no colours, bland 100% this place was the last one on the list, inside 1950s pulling strings, one nurse was good to me, the rest, including helpers, very 2 star at best, most of the food i could nt eat , luke warm, but i did have a big window that the blind was broke no mainten man week later got one of PTgirl to tie up both ends, I said just leave it, so i got light, high light of 3 weeks of not as far as hell, Dont go unless you have ,like me, end of your rope,
