The appearance from inside and out was fine clean well maintained however did just didn't give me that feeling of being home. The staff was friendly and kind it was a little larger than other communities that I had looked at and maybe that is why I wasn't impressed with the feel of it. The residents seemed quite comfortable there and aound the staff.
They keep the home clean and they make sure mom has clean clothes. Mom seems to be eating well. The caregivers are very nice and seem to be taking good care of mom. They have bird feeders outside in a secure fenced in yard. This home is in a nice location and I would recommend it.
The home was clean and quiet. There were 3 residents where when I toured. Two stayed in their room. The grounds looked promising for pretty views in the spring and summer. They had one aid available for the residents with 24 hr "awake" service. Security at entry points seems appropriate and emergency buttons were available throughout the house. Quiet street pleasant staff. My concern was socialization and medical oversight. There was no nurse on staff to assist with changing medications or spotting issues such at UTI's so common in elderly women. The residents didn't seem particularly engaged…

My Grandmother loves it here! The owners love her like thier own family! The meals are made each day from scratch and I haven't heard any complaints! The home is bright & cheerful and easy to move around in with a walker or wheelchair. We love that she is in a safe & peaceful home! :)
My mom has lived here since ERAL has opened and we all love it! The building is a ranch home, absolutely barricade free, large large spacious bedroom and closet space. The staff is especially why we are there - they are patient to the nth degree, kind, sweet, truly caring, and I can't say enough about them. Mom is very happy there, also! She can use her scooter to go around the block or into town or to the grocery store if she'd like! She "takes" me for walks! The neighborhood is lovely, and just across the street from Elk Lake, but there are homes there as well, so there's not a safety concern. Food is great - home cooked, not commercially made. Many choices. Backyard has a lovely patio which is so fun to watch the squirrels and birds which we feed A LOT! 2 raised gardening tables for those who like to garden. Highly recommended! Ask for referrals, I'd be happy to chat with you.
