We had a very disappointing experience in a rehab center in the area. We were desperate to move our mother into a better situation. We were blessed to learn that Emmanuel had an available bed. Terri and the staff at Emmanuel were outstanding. The care, compassion and dignity they provided for our Mother was excellent! We had a very disappointing experience in a rehab center in the area. We were desperate to move our mother into a better situation. We were blessed to learn that Emmanuel had an available bed. After an introduction to Emmanuel management and staff, we didn’t waste any time and moved her in the next day. Words cannot describe the excellent experience Emmanuel provided to our Mother. I was very glad that I could place my brother here for care; it is literally around the corner from my home. The staff is very caring and attentive to the patient (and family's) individual needs. IMHO, I feel that the staff members go above and beyond what is expected of a good extended care facility

I would recommend Emmanuel Senior Living in Troy to anyone who has a loved one in need of special care. The owner and her caregivers are exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, kind and work very hard to provide for their residents special needs.
The caregivers at Emmanuel are excellent at their job. My father was suffering from Alzheimer’s and they made him feel comfortable and kept him safe. We were grateful for the care and love.
