The staff at ENA far surpassed any care facility I’ve ever seen. It was immaculately clean, all the food was home cooked, the caregiver to resident ratio was 1:2, and the CARE was incredible. They treated all their residents like cherished family members. They made sure everyone was well fed, engaged, clean and comfortable. The cared for my mom until she passed away. She required a great deal of care. She had been at four other facilities prior to ENA. The staff at ENA far surpassed any care facility I’ve ever seen. It was immaculately clean, all the food was home cooked, the caregiver to resident ratio was 1:2, and the CARE was incredible. They treated all their residents like cherished family members. They made sure everyone was well fed, engaged, clean and comfortable. They would take the residents outside every good weather day to enjoy fresh air and sunshine, and gardening. Most of the fresh food prepared there had been grown in their garden. I couldn’t recommend Enisa/ENA any more highly. There is no better place. ❤️❤️❤️
ENA Care provides exceptional care. We moved our mother from a large and very expensive assisted care living center to ENA Care. The level of care our mother is receiving is far superior to what she was getting at the previous center primarily due to the one on one attention, and customized support, exercise and diet she requires. Most importantly our mother is very happy in her new environment! Thank you ENA Care
Although I personally never visited the facility as I live out of state, I was so RELIEVED that my family found this place for my Dad! Whenever I called, my call was always treated with the utmost importance. When I spoke with my Dad, they were so patient as they had to be present to.hold the phone. I ne er felt rushed or an as an inconvenience. I feel it was "meant to be" - my Dad being here with truly caring and loving providers when our family couldn't personally or even hire the proper care. I cannot recommend ENA Care enough. My Dad needed care - pretty much 24/7 - and they not only took care of all his physical needs but his emotional ones, as well. The owners and the staff are incredibly caring individuals. They never leave the residents by themselves and always make sure they have everything they need - at every moment. My Dad had been at other large care facilities, and none of them came close to the care and love he received at Ena Care. Ena Care is a large beautiful home, and each resident has their own beautiful and comfortable bedroom, with cheerful windows and such a homey atmosphere. They treat every resident as a family member - they really do. I can't say enough good about them. The meals are fresh and healthy, and prepared right there in the kitchen. They engage with each resident and try to make sure they are happy and comfortable. When my Dad was at the larger nursing facilities - I could never sleep at night. His nurse - that would visit him three times a week - would tell me she'd find him cold, wet and unfed at 1 in the afternoon at the larger nursing facilities. It was terrible. Then came ENA Care - and I could sleep at night again knowing my dear Dad was completely cared for at every moment. Any time I called - if they didn't answer right away - I left a message and they called me right back!!! This - in and of itself - was a miracle - as this had NEVER happened at the larger nursing facilities. If I were in a situation where I needed care, this is the only place I would ever want to be. And your loved one deserves no less. Trust me - you will be so thankful and have such peace of mind when you decide to have your loved one at ENA Care. They genuinely care about their residents, treat them as family, and are the most loving and wonderful individuals I have ever known. They have found their true calling in care giving - and your loved one - and you will feel it! Don't wait - give them a call and I'm sure you will see and feel what I did. Grateful beyond measure to Enisa and her team!!!
