My dad was only supposed to be in here short term for a broken ankle and hip. He needs oxygen 24/7 everyday. I never had a problem with the place or the people until they left my dad without oxygen for more then a hour for two days in a row. My dad is currently back in the hospital and struggling to breath. I know some people there actually did their jobs but their are more people who don't care and are just there for the check. Im incredibly heart broken this is the system they've made. May i also add my father felt bad about bugging them for simple request. He has stated they left him on…

May i also add my father felt bad about bugging them for simple request. He has stated they left him on his bed pan for long periods of time alone. And when he would turn on his light (basically a button so they can call for help when they need help) and they would ignore it for hours. I would personally have to go out and ask for their help
My mother was on a waiting list for 8 months. She has dementia, she’s a fall risk and she is alone for very long hours during the day, who can’t self medicate. When we received the call that a bed for long term care was available, we met with a staff member who advised us that she would be in contact with a move in date. That never happened. Whenever I called, she wouldn’t answer the phone. I was about to leave a message and she hung up on me. I ended up texting her and just wanted an answer as to why the unprofessionalism, and instead, she just gaslit me. Some other person left a voicemail…

I’m glad that she’s not there, if the administration is this terrible, I can only image how bad the rest of the staff is. If you care about your loved one, find a professional and caring facility, this one isn’t it.
My stepmom has been there for over a year. She is 95 years old. They keep losing her bras, and the family takes her laundry home to clean. I think there is a dishonest person that steals her bras.
Great staff providing good care for individual patients with differing medical needs. It’s so nice to see smiles every day even when you don’t feel like smiling back but they do their best to keep you getting better as much as possible.
I had a full on experience here. Very positive people no mistreatment good therapy regularly scheduled safe showers. Nurses were fun to deal with. I was very greatful for everything they did for all of us. I kept a sharp on on things and was very happy with this place thank you EverGreen
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE… the staff are just here for a job and it shows.
I like the people I work with and the staff is very nice
I love working in the kitchen at this facility as a dietary aide and prep cook. Our team works well together, with a patient- centered approach and continuous ongoing training. Going above to make sure residents are as happy as possible with their meals daily.
