If you are considering this place as a long term care option for your loved one, let me tell you, the place is dirty. I couldn't step into my brothers room without being overwhelmed by the smell. While the staff seemed nice enough but it was difficult to reach anyone by phone to check on him and my family member often complained he would call for help and no one would come or he would have to pester them to get help. Everytime I visited, the nurses were sitting on their phones. The place was very loud at night, residents had their TV's up loudly, nurses raising their voices in the hall. Now I…
If you are considering this place as a long term care option for your loved one, let me tell you, the place is dirty. Now I know why my family me.ber had trouble sleeping. The worst thing is how easily residents can obtain drugs from the gas station next to the facility. They can check themselves out for a"walk." My family member was found unresponsive in his room and unfortunately, he passed away. Of course his room was cleaned before they would let me in to see him, before the police sealed it off to investigate. I asked the police about what goes on at the gas station, they knew all about it. My family member had no history of drug use until they stayed here. I deeply regret choosing this facility to care for my family.
I recently stay here for a few months and enjoyed my stay. When I arrived I was unable to care for myself, now I'm moving and grooving. I met some new friends. No concerns.
My god dad is currently here and honestly, I dont know what I would do without this place. When I speak to him he assures me that he is well taken care of and the staff makes me feel a sense of security with their warm welcoming demeanor. I really like Carol, I believe she is a manager there. If my god dad isn't feeling well or isnt feeling up to talking, I can always count on her to provide me on an update on his week. I really love this place.
Thank you all for the wonderful service you provided for my Aunt. She continues to rave about the Wednesday dj, fish fridays and the bingo days. My family and I had so many questions admitting her and our worries quickly disappeared after speaking with the staff and having all of our questions answered and felt so at ease. I’m so thankful for them
Great place to work!
Great place!
I’ve been visiting this facility since I was a little child and to see that they are always having fun with the residents, providing quality care and making a difference the same way they did a long time ago, it warms my heart
Ever since the renovations, the facility looks beautiful. The staff takes great care of the patients. Definitely recommend
