They do not care about the resident just the money.
This place is horrible . You would think for over 9,000 a month they would do their best to keep you alive. My grandma had marks on her. They had her drugged up all the time to the point she couldn’t walk or talk. She was put on hospice for no reason and they didn’t care if you didn’t want her on it or not “they couldn’t wait” well guess what now that she is not there she is not on hospice and she can walk and talk and she’s even doing Zumba. Don’t let them fool you the place may look nice but if you want good care don’t go here they don’t care about your concerns and ROSE is not nice at all.…

I don’t even understand how they’re in business. If you care about your elders, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE.
Don’t work here, I was in the hospital with my friend taking care of her and they accused me of being out and partying all night I told them I am not coming in anymore they left multiple harrasing voicemails and then blocked me Come payday I didn’t get paid so then I called and they didn’t tell me I had a paper check at Fairview waiting for me terrible people to work with too much drama between coworkers and the care that patients receive and all the crap talking about residents is out of control who would want to be hired into a place that can’t control their own workers
The Head of Nursing was a nightmare to work with as she was very rude and disrespectful. My dad stayed 1 month before we moved him elsewhere..1 month way too long.
I've had the privilege of knowing the owners for many years along with watching my father enjoy the last monthes of his life under their amazing and compassionate care.
My mom is in memory care at Fairview Adult Foster Care. They have a wonderful staff. I also like that they have programs that she enjoys doing like she can go to exercise every day. And then they have live music about two or three times a week, and she loves it. There's a place where she can get her hair and all her laundry done. They have delicious meals. Those are all included in the fee, and there are no hidden surprises on anything. It's really beautiful. It was an old farmhouse. There are barns, they have a huge pond that has a fountain in it with ducks, and then they have cows and pigs and sheep. They have bingo, Uno, coloring, and all kinds of different things for them to do. I think it's excellent value for money because everything is included.
My husband was at Fairview Adult Foster Care for almost a year. It's for assisted living, I don't think there is any independent living section. It's very good care, as far as that goes. It's assisted, then intermediate, then it goes right into memory care. I don't have anything negative to say about it, and they took very good care of him. He was in their memory care unit. The facility was very nice and very clean. The help there was good with him. The meals were also very good. They had a lot of activities, but he didn't partake in them because his memory was going and he didn't want to do anything. Usually, they bring in a band of some sort, a couple of times a month. They have singing and music, and anybody that wants to can dance. Of course, they have games and bingo and all the normal stuff that all of them have like activities, crafts, and movies. There's a church chapel in there too but my husband wasn't one who partakes in most of it. It's on two different levels but there was an elevator and there were balconies. They have improved and it made more sense when they had the patios and stuff too. There's nothing like shuffleboard or bocce ball or stuff like that because I don't think any of them participated. It's always been assisted living and up. I know they had an exercise class where people sit in their chairs and do exercise. They don't have all the physical activities that the other ones have because it's just not considered an independent care facility. It's assisted living and memory care so once you get to that stage, a lot of the physical stuff you can't do.
