Nice residents but the business is very very very unorganized the managers or people that’s in charge don’t know how to treat their employees !!
Everyone who has visited her there tells me that it's a very nice place. They like the staff. We all can come and go any time, so it's not like if something weren't right, we wouldn't know about it - because you can come in any time. Overall it's been a good experience. She tells me she likes the food, and they try to do a lot of activities. And their cost is right in line with a lot of other places that we looked at.

We have been extremely happy with Flagstone. The staff here are so accommodating, they let her fix up her room how she wanted and also they get the snacks that she likes, they just work very well with you to make sure your loved one is happy. I would highly recommend and have.
One thing that stood out to us immediately was the cleanliness. Most nursing homes right when you walk in the front door smells like urine, but not this place. This community has no fowl smells ever, it is about as clean as it gets. We visit there several times during the week and it is never smelly. We absolutely love how they have a garden out back with a small pathway for the residents to walk around. It is gorgeous and very relaxing, just fantastic. Sometimes the food can be a little bland, and given the circumstance they are trying their best to get the activities back to normal. The value for cost compared to other places is on par and pretty average.
Staff is well managed! Each staff member cares for the residents like no other! Home is clean always, meals and activities are amazing. Manager ask the residents for ideas of there own as well! WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
Worker turn over rate is high because of the manager.
The community worked to make sure they had the right staff for the residents. I would like to use them again for my loved one needs. They are a good community, and would let others know about Flagstone.
