My mom was brought in after an emergency surgery while I was out of town. She needed rehab so she was in the "ANNA'S PLACE" rehab side. This place by far is the nicest one she has ever been at. The place is clean, bright and doesn't smell of urine! Everyone was kind, compassionate, and communicative. With me being out of town, that was such a relief to me and they worked with me over the phone. No place is perfect but this one is a great one. My mom especially loved Jennifer! She took extra time and care with my mom. Thank you to all of you.

The staff is great here. I recommend this place. Nicole is a great PTA. Erica is really a great OT.Sheila is a great concierge. RNs are really good example Dominique ,and Semo and the social worker Nancy is great!

My sister in law was crying in pain everyday they would not send her to hospital until day of discharge and I threaten to sue them. One day she did not get any pain medicine or other medicine until after mid night. They made fun of her being in pain. She was in there 3 weeks she only seen doctor twice. Day of discharge 1 person told family she was going to hospital another person said she was staying there couple of days and a different person said she was going home. Social worker and director of nursing was saying different things and lying about things. This place is short of help…

Day of discharge 1 person told family she was going to hospital another person said she was staying there couple of days and a different person said she was going home. Social worker and director of nursing was saying different things and lying about things. This place is short of help especially on the weekend. There was one nurse and one CNA and Katie physical therapist who did a great job.

It was a great experience to be cared for from the nurses. Unfortunately they were understaffed some days, which led to slower reaction times for the patients. All around a a good place to heal. The residents are very friendly.

My father-in-law was at Fountain Bleu for three weeks, and received excellent care from all of the staff. He was a complicated case who could not walk when he came in, and was discharged being able to walk with assistance thanks to the help he received. I want to especially acknowledge the help of these caregivers. The CNAs Dana, Jaywon, Cawon, Keyala, Makayla, Tonya, Robert, and Madison were kind and compassionate in caring for his intimate needs: Thank you for treating him in a dignified manner. The nursing staff Marie, Christina, Diamond, and Donetta were endlessly helpful with his medical concerns. Thank you! The therapy staff John, Ericka, Nicole, Brittany, Hannah, Renee, Ashley, Katie, Lee, Bradley, and Jamie were instrumental in his regaining mobility. Thank you! The housekeeping staff Nayshia and Megan kept his surroundings clean and pleasant. Thank you! The social workers Christine and Nancy were instrumental in coordinating care for transferring my father-in-law to his current long term care facility. Thank you! Finally, the unit secretary Diane made all the arrangements for his post-hospital follow up visits and took all of the stress off of me having to coordinate them. Thank you! I also want to thank the dietary staff and any caregivers that I have overlooked. Once again, thank you for all of your help!

Everyone on 200 was really nice and Sheila was great. Activities was fun and I really enjoyed bingo.

Very friendly staff and great environment

The best experience that you can imagine. The workers are the best in the world. I have been here 4 times and it's always the same.
