Robyn and her team are very friendly and caring. My dad has Parkinson's and couldn't live on his own, and thankfully they had an opening and they were able to get him in within a week after we called. Great communication and responsive to messages. They have been taking great care of him. I was with him for a week getting him settled and I joked that I should move in too ;-) The facilities are a little on the older side but the price is very reasonable and a lot cheaper than other facilities that offer the same kind of care. Amazing facility and staff. They care about their patients and advocate for their wellbeing.
Love Fountainview of Lowell! Working for a hospice agency, we've had many clients in the facility and have seen time and time again the staff and management going above and beyond. Robyn and her team are easy to work with, always find enjoyment for their residents, and advocate strongly for those in need. We appreciate you all!
Places a joke main managers never hear people who do the scheduling can ever look at the time request off box main manager likes to take vacation time they like the Rope their employees and they're doing multiple shifts at a time and then yell at them if they're one second over they can't I keep a maintenance man to fix anything you have paint chipping my grandmother tried to move in we moved her to another facility because the manager wasn't here after she said she would be here this place isn't worth the one star rating it's getting and anybody who says otherwise is a damn fool
Poorly managed.
What a lovely group of caring, patient women. My mom was here for three years before her death and I saw nothing but good care. Healthy doses of humor and patience. Thanks!
Med tech Kaitlyn Porta steals pills from the residents great place if you want your elderly neglected an stolen from!
I visited a friend who had to stay for a 4 day visit due to a health problem. I was very impressed by the spacious room, the very friendly staff, the cleanliness of the halls and the rooms and friendliness of other residents. If I should ever have to make use of a place such as this I would not have any qualms about staying at Fountain View in Lowell.
