4.3 · 23 reviewsI toured the place and it seemed very nice. One of the people in management came out to evaluate my dad. My dad did need a lot of care. Instead of being professional and calling me and informing me that my dad needed more care than they could handle. They ghosted me and never called me back. Very unprofessional. Makes me wonder how they treat their residents.
What stuck out to us was that Gensis Senior Living is a smaller facility with just 6 residents, so your loved one gets better individual care. The facility is a home. The room sizes here are decent, she shares her room with another resident. It is a very open floor plan so it feels very spacious and people are out and about. They have been good with communication since the virus, they have also been sending pictures on our phone. I would tell others that they are very responsive and great with individual care.
The facility is homey and clean. Caregivers are friendly and very compassionate.

The facility is perfect for elderly people with incapabiliies to stay, for the caregivers are attentive and so caring to the residents.
We are so thankful for finding this home with much much care and attention for the resident.
Patients are clean. Living area clean and free of possible hazards. Meals prepared fresh. Staff friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I find the place and caregivers attentive, caring, and compassionate to the residents. The place is worth recommending.
My mother in law has been a resident here for almost a year. She has gotten great care and has even gained some weight due to their home-cooked meals. We feel very fortunate for her to be part of this community.
