4.5 · 135 reviewsGlen Abbey Assisted Living is a wonderful place! The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always go above and beyond for the residents. The place is always clean and welcoming from the moment you step in. There are lots of fun activities everyday to keep the residents engaged and busy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment :)
I wouldn't move in here. It's a daily struggle all summer to get air conditioning. Edit to add: for the 2nd summer in a row we've got AC working now. The staff members are almost all surprisingly caring. I can't say how it would compare to other facilities. I think they're generally doing a decent job of looking after my mother. You have to wait to for a staffer to let you in or out (the same goes for the fire department ambulance). It can be quite irritating to wait for minutes sometimes and has led me to wonder if the staffing levels are always correct.
Knowing my loved one is here and happy means the world to me. It is clear that she is well cared for and enjoys living here. I feel reassured every time I visit. I am thankful for the staff and the care they provide.

My daughter and I recently attended a family bingo night at Glen Abbey and had so much fun. My daughter asks when we can go back again. It was nice that all family were able to participate, even younger children. My grandma was happy that she was able to spend an evening with us while my daughter was entertained and excited to be visiting. We plan to attend more family nights in the future.
I love coming into this building daily. The staff are all very friendly and open to helping should I need any assistance during my visit. I feel very welcomed as a third party provider. The only downside (and this is personal preference), is how dark the interior is. Would feel more inviting with brighter colors but a lot of folks do enjoy the clean and modern look of the black/grey interior.
I have had the joy of working with the team and care staff at this community with multiple families. If you are considering Senior Living in Canton, I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed!
My experience with Glen Abbey has been very positive. The staff is kind, patient, and professional, and they work hard to make residents feel cared for and supported. The community has a warm, home-like feel, and families can trust that their loved ones are receiving quality care. Like any care setting, it can get busy at times, but the dedication of the team always shines through!
This is a beautiful community! Sarah and her team make everyone feel like family. Anyone would be lucky to live at Glen Abbey!
