3.9 · 77 reviewsI'd hesitate to leave my family here. Rachael is extremely rude to the employees. They're overworked. 1 caregiver for 40 residents isn't ok at night. No transfer equipment, no knowledge of medication from caregivers, and leaving multiple people soaked in bed in their own urine. The turn over rate is insanely high. Use at your own discretion...
I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Management shady as hell. The only way you movin’ up to resident care coordinator is if you are personally involved with the executive director. And the crazy part? The one they put in charge don’t even know what she doing. Residents out here getting neglected ‘cause she clueless. She supposed to run the clinical team, but she don’t take responsibility for nothing. Meds get missed? Residents don’t get their medication? She act like it ain’t her problem. No accountability, no nothing. But at the end of the day, she stay protected ‘cause she got the…

Best facility for my Father. Staff is wonderful, although short staffed at times. The food is very nutritional & Better than most facilities. I never worried about his safety & was comfortable in knowing he was being cared for by compassionate staff members.

The facility is very clean and the meals are great! I do think staff need to make sure the residents who need help are clean and presentable.
Management is untrustworthy and difficult to deal with. I would never take a loved one there again.
Poorly managed. The staff regularly calls in sick and turnover is VERY high, check in your family members often because these people are always understaffed. Despite chraging thousands per month, management cannot retain maintenance, kitchen, or any type of aide...because they don't pay much. Very sketchy company top to bottom.
Most of the staff was friendly and helpful but they seemed to always be short staffed. Management was not very friendly at all. The food was almost always cold, not good choices for meals. They served a lot of chicken. No outside activities/outings. My dad thankfully has been able to move back home.
At the beginning, everything we very, very good. By the time my mother passed, [date removed], they had trouble keeping staff, and there were 3 changes of management. I would have to reevaluate before commending on what the facility has become. At the time of entrance, it was excellent for the money paid.
