3.7 · 3 reviewsHarbour View is doing their best they can during a difficult time. They are a little understaffed. The community is clean, and a very happy place with nice energy. The staff communication with the family is pretty good and they try and keep us updated on our loved one as best as they can. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are no other activities other than bingo for the residents to my knowledge. I believe this is because of the pandemic.
The people are very nice, it was an easy transition and the location was key for our family. Our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service and we would recommend the Harbour View Assisted Living community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
I visited Harbour View. I think this facility was very cramped inside and it was very "hospital-ish." It did not have a comfortable feeling to it at all. It was noisy and I didn't think it's that clean.
