The care provided was truly appreciated, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to be helpful, kind, and attentive. What stood out most was their strong attention to medical details; everything was handled with professionalism and thoroughness, which gave us peace of mind. While the facility itself is a bit older, it is very clean and well-maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere felt warm and personal rather than clinical. We’re grateful for the compassion and dedication shown by the entire team.

Heritage Nursing and Rehab took exceptional care of my dad during his stay. Every nurse, doctor, tech, and care specialist was consistently thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely compassionate. They went above and beyond in every aspect of his care, always treating him(and our family) with dignity and kindness. One thing that stood out most was their communication with our family. If you are looking for a smaller, attentive substitute for home. Consider Heritage. They will love your loved as their own, I have seen this first hand. The therapy is top notch. Heritage keeps your family members engaged and well cared for. The employees here have passion and it shows.
My aunt stays there she is so happy , I love the care that she get's there.
Heritage Nursing is an amazing place for your loved ones. My Aunt is a resident there and the care she recieves is amazing. The staff from the management to the care team are amazing people. My Aunt has a nice room and is receiving the rehab therapy that she has been needing. They have social events for the residents which they all enjoy. My Aunt has such a fun personality and having her placed here was the best decision. She is able to be social with other residents but also retreat to her own room when she wants privacy all while getting the rehab therapy she needs.
The nurses are kind, there is always something going on and they bring Sunshine to people that would want to stay in their rooms. The volunteers are so sweet and caring also.
