Moved my dad in. They have been very helpful. Hes been here for 2 weeks. This facility is IMMACULATE. We appreciate that.

My grandma has been here for about 6 months, considering transferring care to somewhere else. A CNA named Allison was playing on her phone for 30 minutes while gma was waiting to be changed after soiling herself. I wonder what happens when i’m away if that happens when i’m there.
The place really has declined to due to new management imo

All very friendly. Very clean. Workers very attentive. Very accommodating for family and friends. My mom loves the food and choices. Love all the workers.
Woman there named Taylor I don’t know her last name, younger with long curly black hair and bright blue eyes, was so exceptionally rude to my family and I while visiting my aunt there. If this is the kind of care a loved one is receiving we may have to look elsewhere.
