4.7 · 300 reviewsI went to WV and there were two women scrubbing the base trim on their knees... very clean. Very spacious apartments/bathrooms are off the bedrooms, nice setting.
I am very new at becoming a caregiver for my elderly disabled father and the staff at Holiday Winter Village has been so amazing and helpful. From the moment I walked in to get a tour of place, I was so impressed by the compassion and kindness of the staff members with their residents. There are so many great things about the place, from the wonderful meals and great food options they serve 3 times a day, many different activities for all the residents to get involved in, the place itself is well taken care of but most of all my dad is loving his new home.
People were wonderful with my aunt. Facility is nice and clean and not hospital style at all. Warm friendly a great place for someone. Since my aunt passed, the checkout situation wasnt as warm… it was a little disappointing. However the other positives by far outweigh this issue.

My dad is very happy there and the community is very clean. The staff members are very friendly and the provide great quality care. The residents always talk about how great the meals are and they always seems very busy with the activities. We would recommend Holiday Winter Village to other families based on the experience we have had.
Holiday Winter Village is where my brother lives. He has Down Syndrome and is thriving in his new home! The choices he has at meal times are so helpful. I love that he gets his room cleaned and bedding changed every week. He loves the girls that cleans his room! The activities there are top notch! there is something for everyone. The best part about Winter Village is the staff. They love the residents and treat my brother like he is their own brother. I would highly recommend Holiday Winter Village of Frankenmuth.
My husband and I lived apart for 4 years as he was in a facility dealing with medical issues. Winter Village has given us the chance to be husband and wife again and allow my husband to have the care he requires. The staff and residents are very inviting and helpful. We feel safe and have no regrets moving here! Thank you Winter Village!
Our experience with moving my Aunt to Winter Village was very positive. Starting with the Sales Team that gave a very informational tour and assisted me in talking with my Aunt to make her feel comfortable about making the move. I have joined my aunt at lunch several times. The building is very family friendly. The building is very safe with having a receptionist 24/7.Most of the staff is very helpful:)
The staff at winter village just been fantastic in looking out for and caring for my brother. He has lived there for a little over a year and is so thankful the staff is able to give him a independent lifestyle yet helping with all his needs.
