The staff is very friendly and as an independent living community maintains the privacy of its residents. The apartment layout is comfortable and spacious, and the price is one of the best in the area. They could add a little more variety. One person handles the activities and is open to new ideas, but may not have a lot of input provided.

My sister tells us she loves it there. She's made friends and the service people are very friendly always. I would definitely recommend Holt Heritage Village to others looking.

I would tell a friend, that everyone has been very helpful and friendly. My mother has made friends and has her independence still, but help is their if needed.

My brother Jerry, was very happy living at Holt Heritage Village. His apartment was spacious and the layout was great, he liked the view from his windows. Even though he needed a cane, he could easily take walks outside everyday. The food is good, friendly staff and residents, and he enjoyed the daily activities. He passed away at 85 because of health issues. I never needed to worry about his safety and wellbeing at Holt Heritage Village.

Everyone has been pretty helpful and she enjoys the housekeeping staff. They do need to re-pave the parking area as there are many large pot holes! They have raised the rent quite a bit in the short time she has been there.

Very friendly and accommodating but it takes quite some time for them to do repairs. Also, the road to the back buildings has a lot of potholes. Otherwise, we are quite pleased.

Everything is a five. We have no problems with Holt Heritage Village at all. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

I found Heritage Village Holt for my aunt. She loves it. They have a game room, TVs, puzzles, and they do crafts. They have a church there where they do services on Thursdays. It's nice that she can buy one meal a day, and then she just does breakfast and lunch herself. Overall, everybody is very nice. They're very friendly. She's very happy there. She talks more, and she gets out of her apartment and sits and talks to people. It's the best thing I ever did for her. The food is like $11 or something for a meal, and you can't do that at a restaurant. The staff is very, very nice. Everytime I go in there the place is nice and clean. She loves the activities, and that's all that matters to me. I know they do a bunch of craft stuff and she likes that. She shoots pool because they have a pool table.
