3.4 · 77 reviewsMy mom got great care here after her knee replacement surgery. The staff is kind and professional. The only suggestion I have is to get some up graded beds for the patients. Thank you for doing a wonderful job taking care of my mom.
I would give negitive stars but that isn't possible I dont right reviews unless I am strongly moved to....this place is a disgrace, asked for ice...ice for two days nothing..my meds i might get after asking for hours!! And I have heart medication what the heck!! Save your family members and dont send them here!!
My sister has been living at Holt for well over a year and she is comfortable, cared for very well and as content as one could hope for their loved one to be under the circumstances. Holt is a warm, inviting, well run and well maintained facility. The staff are dedicated and caring and offer personal attention to each resident. I don't have to worry about my sister as I go through own health crisis and that is priceless.

This facility provided inadequate care to my great-grandmother. Her requests for help were consistently ignored, leaving her unattended or stationary for excessive periods. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment she received. Thankfully, she has returned home. The staff should be held accountable for their substandard care.

Careful if going in for rehab. They filed paperwork after two days that my mother in law might be there for 30 or more days which stopped all her benefits. She was there 3 weeks and now months later we are still trying to get her back to square one financially. Thank god we can afford to float her if and until we can get her life put back together.
Personally I think they are understaffed and therapy wasn't good. We never saw a physician or talked to one once. Our father was in there over a month and didn't improve at all with therapy and just got weaker.
