4.9 · 41 reviewsThis is a very nice place, it is clean and the residents are well taken care of. The place definitely feels like a small, family owned business. I think overall, this facility takes good care of the residents and the staff all have good hearts. The kitchen manager, Ashley, has a bad attitude. I have personally experienced this. I also have witnessed it towards staff and other family members. I have complained but nothing has been done from what I can tell because it continues. Too bad.
Everyone has been nothing but helpful as we make our transition to their facility.
Staff and residents were very pleasant and welcoming. Staff helped me navigate the facility to get where I needed to be.

My friend Lee lives here and I am thankful his daughter Tama found a great home that understands him and has given my friend the best care with his aging process. I recommend this home to anyone looking for loved ones. Activities tons of them and the staff is so willing to make sure things work for the patient first and their family. Thank you Hope Landing for taking wonderful care of our elder community here in Charlotte.
I visited a dear friend at Hope Landing yesterday and I have to say although I have driven by this place many times I never knew how beautiful it truly was. It's clean appearance on the outside is very welcoming but once you enter the inside it's truly a warm and wonderful place. The staff was more than welcoming, very friendly an interactive both with us as visitors and also my friend as a resident. The place was meticulously clean and kept , the individual resident rooms are quaint, comfortable and adorable. My beautiful friend that I visited has never shown so much new life and smiled as much in the past 6 months as she has since moving into Hope Landing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating bubbly and smiley, they just made you feel warm and cozy. We got to learn about all of the wonderful activities they do with the residents and also got to read the deliciously balanced food menu and meals that they get each and every day. I would highly recommend this to anyone that has an elderly loved one that is looking for a place to call home with some Assisted Living. It's beautiful it's clean it's friendly it's warm and it's welcoming you can feel the love. When they say welcome home they truly mean it! If I could give this a 500 star rating I would. Go and experience the true beauty of Hope Landing❤️
