Just Like Home has been a blessing and a truly special place for my daughter. As a parent of a special needs adult, finding a place where my daughter feels safe, valued, and genuinely happy means everything. From day one, the owners and staff welcomed her with warmth and compassion, understanding her unique needs and helping her feel truly at home. She looks forward to going and enjoys a variety of activities from art and music to games and outings—all help her grow socially and emotionally. The environment is structured yet flexible, allowing her to participate comfortably at her own pace. Communication is excellent, and I always feel reassured knowing she’s in caring, capable hands. Just Like Home is more than a day center, it’s a loving community that treats every individual with dignity and respect. I'm so grateful for the joy and peace of mind they bring to our lives.
Just like home adult day center is a blessing to our community. Tracy , Danielle , and the staff take care or your loved ones as though they were their own. My mother had lots of great experiences their. Thank you Tracy, Danielle, and the staff of just like home for taking great care of my mother for me.
Just Like Home is a wonderful addition to the local community and surrounding areas. They provide a much needed service for adults with various abilities as well as their caregivers. From the inclusive activities, the caring staff, and their willingness to meet the needs of each of their clients. They make everyone feel like it's Just Like Home!

Just Like Home is an awesome place for adults with disabilities of all ages. My daughter, Kara, loves her days there. The games, parties and crafts are adapted fit every client and their skills. No one has to be left out. They serve an excellent lunch too. Tracy and the staff all go out of their way to make Kara's experiences there exactly what she needs. The love they have for each of their clients shows.
I have been working as a special education teacher for 18 years and am so grateful that my students have a place to go as adults who still need support. The care and opportunities that the staff at Just Like Home provide to their clients is top rate and Ionia is so luck my to have them here. Clients are treated like family.
We recently used Just Like Home as a venue for hosting a baby shower....beautiful and awesome location/hall!! Perfect for our needs..loved the big kitchen! We got so many compliments on our party and the place, I would definitely call them first for any future hall rental needs! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your space!!
Just Like Home is a very beautiful venue hidden in Ionia. We recently had our Son’s engagement & graduation party at Just Like Home and were so impressed. The inviting environment with fantastic décor was the perfect place to celebrate with our family and friends. The entire place was well maintained and kept in an immaculate condition. Great location with plenty of parking and room for entertaining outdoors as well. Tracy was awesome, communicating with us, checking in throughout the day to make sure things were going smoothly and overall. Just wonderful in every way! We will definitely be back for future events! – Jay & Crissy.
Thank you SO much for providing an amazing atmosphere for an open house ! It was perfect and such a hit for our guests . The owners were excellent to work with and it had everything we needed . Hands down the best rental in this area. ☺️☺️☺️
