King Nursing Center

A few bad CNA'S that either don't do their job or stand around talking instead of helping other CNA'S when needed. Nursing is great but the administration is lacking. Corporate only cares about the money and not it's workers or patients.

From the facility to the staff, this is by far the best Nursing and Rehab facility. My husband received the care, compassion, respect and dignity that he deserved. Jessica noticed that my husband had some issues beyond the Rehab he was there for and she went above and beyond to make sure that the issues were addressed. The DON and the Asst. DON were amazing. Every staff member, from the RN's, LPN's,CNA's, Therapist, Dietitians (Dave said that every meal was very good), Laundry, Scheduling, and Activity director were amazing. The facility is very clean. The Lakeroom is very inviting and relaxing. I don't have any idea what the negative reviews are about. My husband was there for nearly a month and although he was anxious to come home, he said he will miss the staff members and wants to say "Thank you" to each and every one of them. If you have to chose between Kings in Houghton Lake and the other facility in Roscommon, chose Kings. We have had experience with both and I highly recommend Kings.

I cannot express my thankfulness of this facility. From the nurses, doctors, nurses aids, administration department, house keeping, physical therapists, occupational therapists, kitchen staff and cooks. Every single staff member has been AMAZING to my husband big Gary. The place smells wonderful, it's super clean and the compassion they have for all the people they care for is just second to none THANK YOU ALL!!!!

This place is disgusting. My brother-in-law was there for just over 1 month before passing. My wife paid for 1 month 2-4 thru 2-28-22) of staying for Feb. he died 2-18-22. Never seen a refund that I paid. In fact never have received any paid claims yet. Can’t talk to anyone about this because she’s always on the phone or off. Piss poor way to run a place. He was suppose to have therapy n only got it when ever. He was unable to get up by himself to go to the bathroom, so they just stuck a diaper on him. When I visited his bed was soaked and the person in charged said she would be right back. 2 hours later she came back. I. Fact I had a nice throw I let him use because it was really warm. Never got it back n called there n said they didn’t have it. Last time I found it in someone else’s room on a patient. NEVER did get. I’m really sad for others that go thru this. Personally, this place should be shut down!!!! WHY DO YOU ONLY ANSWER BACK TO THE GOOD REVIEWS AND NOT THE BAD??? Just goes to show they don’t care, on,y want your money!!!
