Very expensive move in and move out costs, plus an added $[removed] deposit , you our responsible for fixing everything yourself ,you pay for your lawn cut or do it yourself, you shovel your own snow, you pay all your utilities,your heat bill will be high because there are drafty windows and walls with zero insulation, you can hear your neighbor especially through the bathroom walls, privacy is limited, the floors are cement and very cold, you are charged extra expenses for things that the office decides that they want for a Kramer Homes or for inside of their office,if you do not comply to their very strict rules you will be fined, asked to leave or evicted, it is a stressful environment that is run like a concentration camp, a lot of the neighbors will find it their business to watch everything you do and report you to the office,the units are old, small and falling apart, rent goes up often- $[removed].
