My mother was there for four weeks for rehab. The room was nice and big. The staff was very patient and nice. My mother was having some anxiety and memory issues, very impatient, but the staff was very nice and patient with her. They were short staffed, but did the best they could. I especially appreciated the nurse aide Ashley, she was real sweet to my mother, and very patient. She took that little extra time with her. The facility was very clean as well. I reccomend this facility for anyone needing rehabilitation services. Thank you so much for taking good care of my mom..🥰😉
Patients are treated bad, they leave them sitting in there soiled bed and soiled diapers for hrs at a time. If the call light is hit cause they need help, you can just expect to be ignored for the next 3hrs. Food is straight nasty.

The management team, nurses, aids, and physical therapy staff couldn’t have been any more caring and helpful from the moment Imy mom arrived.They made sure sheI had meals and snacks to her satisfaction. The nurses aids went over and beyond to make us feel at home. I could not have asked for any better treatment during my moms stay. There is no doubt I would choose this facility again for recovery and physical therapy if needed. I highly recommend them.
I'm a long term resident here. I consider laurels Bedford top notch. Nurses and CNA work hard to provide care. Management is excellent by hiring great staff. I recommend this facility.
Rose ,Mike, Rachel, Ashley, Tracey and Will are very helpful and good staff.
Nurses are Wonderful and CNA's!
